Cabot Cheese-E-Bike Tour

Now offering a whole new way to experience award-winning Vermont cheddar cheese!  The Cheese-e-Bike tour will take guests through beautiful rural Vermont on the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail to the town of Hardwick and the trailside Yellow Barn and Cabot Creamery Annex.  Guests will follow the sparkling river, cycling their way through sleepy farmlands and take in the rolling hills along the agricultural countryside. Upon arriving at the Yellow Barn guests will get to enjoy delicious products from Cabot Cheese and other local artisans such as Caledonia Spirits and Blake Hill Preserves and will be free to make purchases.  All guests will receive a gift box from Cabot Creamery full of samples of their delectable goodies. Following this Vermont foodie experience guests will be picked up by LVBT’s  bike shuttle and transported back to our trailside headquarters in Johnson.  The cycling portion of this tour is similar mileage to our round trip tours (20 miles) and takes approximately 2 to 3 hours depending on your pace and pauses to take in other trail attractions.
